Welcome to the Rewind Room

We offer sessions using the Rewind Technique to individuals who suffers from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD) and reccurring painful memories that is impacting on the quality of life.

Do you suffer from trauma or recurring painful memories?

Imagine if you could take the charge out of your most painful memories and experiences. If you could take the 'pain' part out of the painful memories to make them 'neutral' memories.

Be it haunting memories of physical or emotional abuse, childhood bullying, shocking events or accidents. No matter how long ago it happened and how long those memories have impacted on the quality of your life.

With the Rewind Technique this is not only possible it is done everyday.

It sounds like magic and it almost is. The fact is that no one can fully explain how and why it works and have such high success rate even with survivors and victims of the most shocking events.

The Rewind Technique was developed by Dr David Muss in the early nineties and the effectiveness of it was clear already from the start. It could resolve post traumatic stress syndrome in patients who had suffered for decades in a few minutes only were other therapies could take months or years. You can read about the fascinating origins of the rewind technique and several case studies in the free ebook HERE .

"But I already know what is bothering me and how it is impacting on my life, how can the rewind technique make any difference?", you might say.

That is the incredible thing, we can have all the intellectual understanding in the world of what is going on with us and what it is that is impacting on our life and behaviors and and still we are not free.

With the Rewind Technique the traumatic memory gets processed in a way that it loses its charge and can be stored in the memory bank where it doesn't bother you any longer. (in the free ebook I outline the process a bit more in detail).

The Rewind Technique can be used on any kind of trauma and recurring painful memory as long as you can remember the event that caused it. It can be first hand or second hand; you where the victim or onlooker or you where a third party, that only heard about the event. If you can remember it, the Rewind Technique can help putting it behind you and have closure.

NOTE: The rewind technique is not therapy, it is a technique and the practitioner at the Rewind Room is not a therapist or psychologist.
